This place goes back to the 1930's and was operated by Mr. and Mrs. Wm. C. Ball. It was for sale as early as 1945. I checked the current and historical aerial photos for this motel at the intersection mentioned on the postcard and I am not seeing it. The photo isn't very clear so that doesn't help. I assume it is demolished.
