Update 2/1/2025: I updated the street address to the Arbors Apartments as that is where the old drive-in was. The official address was G-3315 Silver Lake Rd back when it was open. It has been stated elsewhere the old snack bar/projection booth from the drive-in lives on inside the apartment complex near the pool. That is possible but the buildings look different to me from the aerial view.

Al Sears started building the Silver drive-in early spring of 1955. It was open for business on august 11 1955. The first movies were Tonight's The Night with A Bullet Is Waiting. Ticket price was 70 cents per person. On September 13 1987 the last movie was played,it was Cant Buy Me Love with Adventures In Babysitting. Ticket price was 3. 50 per person.
