This motel operated under a few different names. As the Windward it was operated by Ray and Audrey Darnell. As the Town & Country it was run by Harold and Mary Estes. As of 2023 the building stands but it appears to be closed. The Lakes-N-Trails Motel is right next door and it is also standing but closed.
