The Huron Inn may go back to 1954 as tourist cabins. Eventually a full motel was built and the place is still operating as of 2023 under the original name. It looks as though the place has undergone remodeling and improvements. The motel was once run by Jean & Clair Kalbfleisch in the earlier days.
