I decided to research this place once again and found some good information on the former owners. Deon Berlin was one of them and his historical address comes up as 1524 S Park Ave. Given that and the place being on Snow's Channel I am going to go with that address. The historical topographical maps do indicate cabins once sat on this lot which now appears to be a standard home.
This small resort goes back to the 1950's. I did track down a Bohn family in Cedarville on Ancestry.com and it indicated they lived on S Lakeside Rd. There were other addresses too but I have a hunch the cabins sat along that stretch. Eventually the Berlin family took over. There are some cabins sitting on a lot where Lakeside turns into E. Muscoe Rd which look somewhat similar to the postcard but it is not specific enough to make an identification.
