This was a gas station, tourist cabin, grocery, and trailer court combo that sat on Old 27 between W Jenson and Stewart St in Gaylord. The gas station building and cabins go back to the 50's. The gas station structure lasted until 2019 or so but was not selling gas at the end. I estimate the trailer court next door showed up by the 1960's and was cleared sometime after 2005. That lot sat empty for a few years until a Dollar General took it over. Herb and Mary Malcom operated this site in the early days.
