I found a great article on this place (see below) that explains this was THE dance spot in Port Huron at one time. The folks who went there were having reunion parties for years. It was opened in 1961 by Dan Foster. There were 3 domes total on the premises. They would get 1500 people on weekend nights. Legendary groups such as the MC5, The Stooges, Bob Seger, Mitch Ryder and others performed there. Eventually the crowds got too wild and Dan burned the joint down. He was fined $50 for not having a burn permit.
