This 23 lane bowling alley opened in 1943 (or 1941, conflicting sources on that). It was operated by O.C. Easterline who sold it to Arthur Hart in 1959. It featured a 20 foot bowling pin sign on top of the building. This was eventually fashioned into a Moet champagne bottle by the operator of the Cadillac Club, who purchased the building in 2004. He remodeled and converted the building, adding the front end of a Cadillac automobile to the front of the building. That motif is now gone and a more modern facade has been added.
Prior to that, there was a short-term iteration as Cosmic Lanes in 1998. It was basically the Lansing Rec Lanes retrofitted for lights-out bowling including glow in the dark balls. The building also has the name "Riverview" on the front even though it also has the Cadillac Room sign underneath. Going back to 2015, it was also a mattress outlet. Even then it had the "Cadillac Club" signs on it. Clearly the building has been segregated internally to allow for multiple businesses.
